A single supply program for every building you run

Supplies only get noticed when they run out. Sage Commercial Cleaning handles the buying, the delivery and the loading, so whoever runs the facility no longer tracks rolls and refills. The program fits a lone office suite as easily as a company spread across several of our service areas, and every building is stocked to match its own use.

What we keep on hand

Restrooms carry bath tissue in every stall plus a spare, roll or folded towels at the sinks, hand soap at every basin and seat covers in the stalls. At breakroom sinks we keep towels and soap, along with heavier bags for kitchen trash and recycling. Front desks and entry doors get hand sanitizer.

We size liners to each container on the property, from small under-desk cans to the large bins by loading docks and outdoor doors. We also provide the wall units for paper, soap and sanitizer, and our crew hangs them.

Refilled during routine cleaning

For buildings on our janitorial services, every visit includes a restock. While cleaning a restroom, the crew opens each dispenser, refills what is getting low instead of waiting for it to empty, and puts a fresh liner in each bin. Breakroom sinks and the sanitizer stands at the entrances get the same attention, so levels reset on every visit and nothing gives out before the crew returns.

High-traffic sites, such as a medical front office or a busy retail center, can add daytime refills through day porter services.

Supplies for teams that do their own cleaning

If your company employs its own custodians, you can buy supplies from us and leave the cleaning where it is. Each building receives deliveries on a regular cycle sized to how much it uses, and your staff fill the dispensers. When a site adds people or longer hours, its delivery grows to match.

One dispenser standard across all your sites

Multi-site companies tend to collect a different dispenser in every restroom, each with its own refill. Ordering slows down and orphaned cases pile up in closets. We fix that by installing one matching set of tissue, towel, soap and sanitizer units at each location, so a single set of refills works everywhere.

Dispensers that still work can remain in place, and we buy refills sized for them. Either way, each refill fits the unit it is meant for, and any new hardware goes up at a comfortable height beside the sink, stall or door it serves.

A reserve for every restroom

We set a reserve for each restroom: a fixed count of liners, towel packs, cover packs, soap refills and rolls on the closet shelf, based on that room’s stalls, sinks and foot traffic. Each restroom’s stock is grouped together in the supply closet and brought back up to its line on every visit or delivery.

When a building changes, with new tenants, longer hours or a seasonal surge, we revisit the reserve. Busy restrooms stay covered, and closets never fill with cases that sit untouched.

Fewer purchasing tasks for operations teams

Ordering supplies eats more time than it seems: watching levels, comparing products, approving purchase orders, receiving and storing boxes, then handling complaints when a holder empties. Handing supplies to us replaces all of it with one vendor, for one site or many, whether our crews clean the building or your own staff do. Refills are done by background-checked crews, and supervisors look at dispensers and closet stock during their quality inspections.

Coffee, snacks and kitchen items run as their own service; see breakroom and pantry restocking.

Shift sites, clinics and shopping centers

Warehouse and distribution buildings need close attention to supply levels, because a whole shift shares a handful of restroom blocks and the busiest minutes cluster around breaks and changeovers; see industrial and warehouse cleaning.

Medical offices add handwashing at every patient contact, and shopping centers and schools see public restroom traffic from opening to close.

Supply pricing factors

Each building is walked before we price it, and the figure comes in writing. It reflects:

  • Headcount and visitor traffic
  • Restrooms, stalls and sinks at each site
  • How hard each location uses its restrooms
  • Product grade
  • How often stock is delivered or restocked
  • Dispensers to supply and hang

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Our buildings are in different cities. Can one supply program cover all of them?

Yes, anywhere in our service areas. Every building has its own reserve levels and restock rhythm, and the whole account runs through one contact.

Can all our locations share one dispenser style?

Yes. We can hang a matching set at each site so one set of refills fits everywhere, or keep your current units and buy refills to suit them.

Will you deliver to a site where our own custodians clean?

Yes. Delivery-only sites get the same products on a regular cycle, and your custodians load the dispensers.

What triggers a review of a restroom's reserve?

Any change in the building, such as a new tenant, longer hours or a seasonal surge, plus the supervisor’s quality inspections.
