Portfolio spread across the Bay, the Valley and Reno?
Regional facility management rarely fits inside one metro. A single client can hold an office in the East Bay, a clinic in the Sacramento Region, a warehouse in the Central Valley and a retail pad in Northern Nevada, and each one needs a cleaning vendor who answers locally. If your national or regional portfolio looks like that, Sage can be your cleaning vendor for all of it, and you can contract with Sage directly.
We work across the Bay Area, the North Bay and Solano, the Sacramento Region, the Central Valley, the Central Coast and Northern Nevada. The building types differ by region: offices and data rooms around the South Bay, government and medical offices around Sacramento, distribution and light industrial space along Highway 99 and I-80, shopping centers and strip malls nearly everywhere, and apartment and managed properties throughout. Our service list covers each of them.
Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Fernley and Minden sit across the state line but inside Sage’s service area, so a portfolio that crosses into Nevada does not need a second cleaning vendor for those buildings.
A ticket’s path, start to finish
It begins in the work-order platform your company already runs. Sage can accept the ticket there, update it there and close it there, keeping the job history in the system your team already checks.
A ticket’s not-to-exceed (NTE) limit governs the job. We work inside it, and if conditions on site call for more, we request your approval before spending past it. Urgent tickets are answered the same day they arrive, and the urgent line is staffed for calls at night and over weekends.
When urgent work or a single-visit job wraps up, Sage sends photos or a completion note, so your coordinator has something to show the client when reporting the job finished.
Visit logs and inspection scores
For recurring buildings, Sage crews log the time in and the time out on every single visit. When a tenant says nobody came on Thursday, you have a record to check instead of a guess.
Sage supervisors also inspect each building, and your company gets a copy of every report or score they produce. Across a multi-region account, those scores let you compare a Central Valley building with a Bay Area one on the same terms.
Clearing compliance before day one
Vendor onboarding at Sage starts with the vendor packet. Request it through the regular contact form, and a member of Sage’s operations team sends the packet straight to your inbox.
Our general liability coverage is $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, with an umbrella policy above it and workers’ compensation for the crews. Sage issues the certificate of insurance (COI) within one business day. Ask, and both your firm and your client get added to it as additional insureds.
Crew members are background-checked before they work at any site, and they wear Sage uniforms. Government offices, data centers and other secure buildings often set their own access rules, for example extra screening, badges handed out by the building or a required escort, and Sage crews follow them.
Contacts and billing that scale with the account
One named Sage account manager covers every site you place with Sage, in every region. If that person is out of reach, an operations manager serves as the second escalation contact.
Sage can take on several of your buildings in different cities at the same time and manage them on one schedule. We invoice per site or per ticket, and each invoice lists the building’s location along with your work order number, so a multi-region account reconciles line by line.
When your company picks up a building in another region later on, it joins the same account and the same account manager, rather than starting a separate vendor setup from scratch.
Services to route to Sage
Recurring service: janitorial services, office cleaning, commercial cleaning and day porter services. Building-type service lines include managed property cleaning, business park cleaning, shopping center cleaning, medical facility cleaning, government office cleaning and industrial and warehouse cleaning.
Periodic and one-time tickets: exterior pressure washing for walks and entries, disinfection of shared rooms, post-construction cleaning after a tenant buildout, deep work on restrooms through restroom deep cleaning, and commercial floor care or carpet extraction on a cycle you set.
From walkthrough to first shift
Name the building, and a walkthrough within two business days is typical, with service usually starting within a week of it, anywhere in our service area.
On the contact page, name your facility management firm and request Sage’s vendor packet. Sage answers every inquiry inside one business day, and the phones are covered 24/7.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
We have buildings in more than one region. Can Sage cover all of them?
Yes, within the Bay Area, the North Bay and Solano, the Sacramento Region, the Central Valley, the Central Coast and Northern Nevada. Several buildings can start together on one schedule under one account manager.
Can a regional facility management firm contract with Sage directly?
Yes. Regional and national facility management companies can both sign with Sage Commercial Cleaning directly, with no middle layer between your firm and the crew.
What do you share after supervisor inspections?
Sage sends you each building’s supervisor scores or written inspection reports, and the visit log shows when the crew arrived and departed.
Who is our backup contact if the account manager is unavailable?
Sage’s operations manager. That person is your second escalation contact for every site on the account.
Can our client be named on your insurance certificate?
Yes. Ask for it and Sage puts both names on the certificate as additional insureds, yours and your client’s, then sends it within one business day.
