One breakroom standard across every office
A stocked breakroom is one of the cheapest perks an employer can offer, and one of the first to slide when nobody is assigned to it. Sage Commercial Cleaning takes ownership of it. Our team buys the order, carries it in, puts it away and leaves the kitchen tidy on a schedule you choose. Run one office or a handful across Northern California and Nevada, and each kitchen is kept to the same standard.
Restroom paper and soap are a different service. This one is about what your people eat and drink during the workday.
A core list, with room for local favorites
Planning starts with a short call about headcount, in-office days, what disappears first and what tends to go stale. Together we write the list, and dietary needs are on it from the start: gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, low-sugar, or allergy rules for shared snacks.
Multi-office companies often want a core order every location shares, with a few local picks layered on top at each site. Every list carries its own monthly spending cap for groceries, and purchases stay inside it.
Restocks timed to your busiest days
We schedule restocks around how each office really works. A hybrid team that packs the building Tuesday through Thursday gets its restock ahead of Tuesday morning. A full-week office, or a clinic open on Saturdays, might take two lighter visits rather than one big one. Either way, the shelves are fullest when the most people are in.
Offices in different cities can each keep their own rhythm. A branch with a quiet Friday and a headquarters that is full every weekday do not need the same calendar, and the account handles both without extra paperwork on your side.
On the shelves
The mix comes from your list, so a small office can keep it short while a larger team gets a wider spread:
- Coffee and tea: beans, grounds or pods, a tea selection, creamer and sugar
- Cold drinks: bottled water, sparkling water, sodas, juice and sports drinks
- Snacks: chips, nuts, granola and protein bars, crackers, dried fruit and a sweet or two
- Tableware: cups, plates, utensils and napkins
Restock and tidy
Each visit starts with a check of shelves, cabinets and fridge against the list. We bring in what is short, set new stock behind older items so the older ones go first, and pull anything expired. Cold drinks are loaded into the fridge, coffee supplies are topped up and paper goods return to their usual spots.
Then the breakroom is straightened: counters and tables wiped, the coffee corner and sink area tidied, fridge shelves cleared, and trash and recycling taken out.
Office parks with busy kitchens
An office park tenant with a settled team that eats in the kitchen every day gets real value from a dependable restock schedule, since a shelf emptied on Monday stays empty until someone makes a store run.
Smaller office parks and downtown buildings often give each floor or suite its own kitchen, and in that setup each kitchen can keep its own list and its own restock day.
Paired with cleaning or booked alone
For offices on our cleaning schedule, the restock lines up with a visit already on the calendar, and routine breakroom cleaning remains on your office cleaning plan. Restocking can also be booked by itself.
Restroom stock and the dispensers that hold it fall under janitorial supplies. Choose both and the restrooms and kitchen share one company.
Who it’s for
The service fits anywhere people spend the whole day on site and share a kitchen:
- Corporate offices and regional headquarters
- Coworking and shared offices that include a coffee bar with membership
- Medical and dental practices where staff grab short breaks between patients
- Stores and showrooms with a staff breakroom out back
Cost drivers
Groceries are bought within each location’s monthly cap. The service fee reflects:
- Headcount and in-office days
- How many kitchens, floors or locations
- Product choices and grade
- Restock and tidy frequency
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can each office keep its own list?
Yes. Every location has its own list and monthly cap, and companies that want consistency can share a core order across sites with local extras added.
How are allergy rules handled across several offices?
Allergy and diet rules are written onto each location’s list, and every purchase for that office follows them.
Do we need Sage for cleaning too?
No. Offices that clean another way can book restocking alone, and offices on our schedule can add it to existing visits.
What do you do with snacks near their date?
Older stock sits in front so it is eaten first, and anything past its date comes off the shelf during the restock.
