Dealerships of every shape
Dealerships across our service areas come in very different shapes. In some cities franchise stores sit within a few blocks of each other, each with its own glass showroom, service lane and customer lounge, while others group their dealers in one auto mall.
Between those two sit stand-alone stores, pre-owned centers, motorcycle and RV dealers, and groups that run several rooftops in different cities. Sage Commercial Cleaning sets up each store with its own checklist and schedule, and a group can bring every location under one plan with one point of contact.
Showrooms that sell before the salesperson speaks
Buyers form an opinion of the store in the first few steps through the door. Floor-to-ceiling windows and entry doors are cleaned on the inside until they disappear, display platforms and brand signage are dusted, and the floor is cleaned around every tire so the vehicles sit on a clean, reflective surface.
Reception counters, sales pods, brochure stands and kiosk screens are wiped, waste bins are emptied, and seating is put back in line. Polished concrete, porcelain and tile hold their shine with burnishing and scrubbing through commercial floor care, scheduled for nights when the floor can dry before morning.
The delivery bay gets its own attention. Its floor, backdrop and glass are cleaned every visit, so every buyer drives away from a spotless corner of the store.
Customer lounges, coffee bars and restrooms
A customer waiting on an oil change or a recall repair spends real time in the lounge. The coffee bar’s counters, machines, sinks and the floor in front are cleaned, tables and charging counters are wiped, upholstered seating is vacuumed, and the children’s corner and TV area are dusted and tidied.
Customer restrooms are cleaned from fixtures to floor at every visit, with mirrors polished, partitions wiped and the towel and soap dispensers filled from supplies we provide or from your own supply closet. A fresh restroom near the lounge quietly reassures customers that their car is in careful hands too.
Sales, finance and business offices
Finance offices are where the deal closes, so they should feel calm and polished. Desks, chairs, glass partitions and door hardware are wiped, carpet is vacuumed, and trash and shredding bins are emptied, with paperwork and files left exactly where your team put them.
Sales manager desks, the business development call room, conference rooms, the general manager’s office and staff break rooms follow on the same route, with break room counters, appliances and tables cleaned so the team starts the day in a tidy space. Carpeted offices can be refreshed with commercial carpet cleaning on a slow night.
Service lane, waiting area and parts counter
The service side carries the heaviest foot traffic in the building. Advisor stations and write-up desks, the cashier window, the parts counter and the service waiting area are cleaned each visit, and the doorway from the service lane is cleared of the grit that rides in on customers’ shoes.
Service department offices, the technicians’ lunchroom and their restrooms are cleaned too. Concrete in the service lane and shop can be machine-scrubbed through floor care when the bays are empty, and the entry walkways and showroom approach can be cleaned with pressure washing before a big weekend.
Around showroom hours and sales events
Cleaning is scheduled after the showroom closes or in the early morning, so the first shopper of the day sees glass, floors and the lounge at their best. When service opens before sales, the service side is cleaned first and the showroom is finished last.
Model-year launches, holiday promotions and weekend tent sales bring crowds and constant test drives. Visits can be added on either side of the event, and day porter services cover the lounge, coffee bar and restrooms while the store is full.
What drives the cost of dealership cleaning
Dealership cleaning is priced on the building and how it is used. Floor area and visit frequency set the starting point; showroom window area, the display floor’s finish, how many restrooms you have, the lounge and service waiting room, and your sales and service hours shape the rest, along with any event visits, porter hours or exterior washing.
A walkthrough of your store turns those details into a written quote, with recurring cleaning, event visits and floor work listed separately.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can one cleaning plan cover stores in two different regions?
Yes. A dealer group can put stores in different cities on one plan, with each rooftop keeping its own checklist, visit days and hours.
Will the floor be clean around the vehicles on display?
Yes. The floor is cleaned around and between the display vehicles without moving them, and platforms and turntables are dusted in place.
Can the entry walkways be washed before a sales weekend?
Yes. Pressure washing for entry walkways and the showroom approach can be booked ahead of the event, along with extra interior visits.
Do you clean the service waiting room and parts counter?
Yes. The service waiting room, advisor desks, cashier window and parts counter are part of every visit, together with the service offices and technicians’ lunchroom.
How is the finance office cleaned with paperwork on the desk?
Desks are wiped around paperwork without moving it, bins and shredding containers are emptied, and glass and carpet are cleaned so the office is ready for the next signing.
